- 8 oz. Goat cheese
- 4 oz. Prosciutto
- 6 oz. Salami
- 5 oz. Chorizo
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1 cup Sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup Dried apricots
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Green olives
- 1/2 cup Black olives
- 1 Baguette, sliced
- 1 pack Gourmet crackers
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Fig jam
- 1/2 cup Grainy mustard
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
- Edible flowers for decoration
Instructions
- Select a wooden board or slate platter large enough to hold all ingredients comfortably.
- Place the cheeses on different corners of the board in varying angles.
- Arrange the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo in small, neat piles around the cheeses.
- Scatter fresh strawberries, grapes, and sliced peaches between cheese and meat sections.
- Fill in spaces with almonds, walnuts, and a mix of green and black olives.
- Neatly stack sliced baguette pieces and crackers in available spaces.
- Place small bowls of honey, fig jam, and grainy mustard on the board.
- Add fresh rosemary sprigs and edible flowers for garnish.
