A delightful dill pickle bacon pasta salad combining tangy, savory, and refreshing flavors that will be the highlight of any gathering.
Ingredients

2 cups rotini pasta (or pasta of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup dill pickles, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta, bacon, dill pickles, red onion, and cheddar cheese to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Sprinkle with black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
