Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Baking: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet, sprinkle with any desired herbs, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Stovetop: For quick chicken breast recipes, heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each breast for about 6-8 minutes per side.
Sous Vide Cooking: Season the chicken and vacuum seal it in a bag. Cook in a sous vide water bath at 145°F for 1.5 hours, then sear both sides in a hot pan.
Instant Pot: Use the sauté function to sear the chicken, then cook on high pressure for 5 minutes with a quick release.
