Ingredients

- Bone-in ham (about 8-10 pounds for a family gathering)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 can or 1 fresh pineapple, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and lightly grease a roasting pan.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves to make a glaze.
- Apply half the glaze evenly over the ham.
- Place ham in the oven and bake for approximately 1.5 hours.
- Prepare the pineapple glaze by combining pineapple slices, juice, and maple syrup in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- In the final 30 minutes of baking, apply the remainder of the glaze and arrange pineapple slices over the ham.
- Bake for the remaining time, then rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
