Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the cornbread mix and cream corn.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs before adding them to the cornbread mixture.
Stir in half of the cheese. If using, add cooked ground beef, jalapeños, and any veggies of choice.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Top with the remaining cheese for that gooey finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
If you added sour cream, be sure to gently fold it into the batter to maintain a fluffy texture.
