Ingredients

- 8-10 pounds spiral cut ham
- 1 cup honey (wildflower or clover)
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- Optional: apple cider or orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Score the surface of the ham with a diamond pattern.
- Let the ham sit at room temperature for about an hour to ensure even cooking.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Place the ham flat-side down in a roasting pan. Brush with glaze and cover with foil.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes per pound, basting every 30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
- Uncover the ham for the last 30-45 minutes of baking to caramelize the glaze.
