Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheese, sour cream, and a can of cream of chicken soup. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle additional cheese over the top for an extra cheesy casserole.
If desired, add a crispy topping by mixing melted butter with breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes. Spread this evenly over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.
